In Loving Memory Simba

A lot has gone on in our lives the last couple of months, but one significant thing is that we had to put our long time family member Simba to sleep, he was the very best dog you could ask for. He was a big teddy bear always waiting to give you a hug when you came home. He liked to greet everyone so much he spent most of his time lying by our gating watching the people pass by, hoping one of them would come and love on him. He had won the hearts of all of our neighbors and a lot of the kids in the neighborhood. We won't forget what a wonderful gift he was to our family, he has been through the good and the bad with us. He lived 14 years, so an extended life for his breed, we just feel lucky we got to keep him for that long. Goodbye Simba we love you!

Kameron got to meet his cousin Mya in January, she is beautiful. She looks just like her mom did as a baby. We are excited to finally have a girl in our family. He also got to play with Kaden his favorite cousin, they had so much fun with grandma too.

Snow

We went to Grandma Anna's house and got to play in the snow, it is quite novelty to Kameron since it doesn't snow at our house much.

The Toy Soldier

Kameron was a Toy Soldier in his school's Christmas Program, of course he was the cutest toy there :)

The Teddy Bear Picnic

Julie and I decided to take the kids to the annual Teddy Bear Picnic. Abby and Kameron had so much fun. These pictures will tell you their story.

We just had Halloween at the Adam's family home (how ironic) we had a blast, we already made plans for next year. I highly recommend attending their Halloween festivities, Kameron scored big time on the candy and had such a great time with the girls and Nichole's kids.

We just spent time in Phoenix last week with our family and it was great. We don't get to see each other as often as we would like anymore with our families growing and getting more busy every day. We went to the zoo, carved pumpkins and went trunk or treating at Lauren's ward, Jim also got to come home and we were so excited we could be there for it. Kameron loves his papa and so do we, he is a great addition to our family and cares dearly for my mom, we couldn't be more grateful she found someone so special.

My soccer boy (futbol where he come from), it definitely comes natural to him. He loves it so much. It is fun to see him have so much fun.

I've been tagged, six quirks won't be hard to come up with since I am a quirky person.

1. I hum as I am very focused on a task, have done it all my life don't even notice until someone else does actually. My parents say I started it at a very young age.
2. I have to have sound surrounding me. I do not like quiet. Radios, tv's, whatever as long as it is not quiet. My favorite sound is the ocean by a long way. I could listen to it forever and not get bored, and look at it too, it is beautiful.
3.I love clean spaces, but I hate to clean, a little bit of a problem. I need time to clean things the way I want them cleaned which takes lots of time which I never seem to have so do you think it gets done not likely.
4. I would rather have 65 IV's stuck in me than have a foley catheter without sedation, then there is Teresa who will put an NG down herself, insane!
5. Some of my quirks are the same as Teresa's maybe that is why we have fun together. I love to peel sunburned skin, my husband HATEs me for it, I love to find the biggest baddest piece to peel, it is funnnnnn.
6. I also am a slob, my entire life is pile after pile after pile, which pile shoud we move now, or which pile should we wash now. It is terrible. I think I might like myself if I didn't live in mountains, I need my husband to regain his OCD so he can get after me for it, but he is in a medicated state that doesn't allow him to darnit. All well at least he is healthy. I will just have to learn to organize my piles into small piles or something.

My best friends came out to see me too, we had so much fun. I have never laughed so hard in my life. We went sight seeing, ate lots of yummy food, layed on the beach and laughed so hard some of us peed our pants hahahahaha! Thanks for the great time girls!!!!!!

Well we decided to join the world of blogging. I have to say as a family we just like to find fun, wherever it may be. We enjoy being together, because those moments can be few at times, with work and school, etc. We make time for each other and enjoy!
